Do you have gps files for the course?

Yes. There are 2 files.  One for the Cars/Trucks/UTVs and another for the Youth UTV.  They are both in this single zipped file.

Do I need to sign up on line?

No. But there is a $50.00 additional charge for cars/trucks/Big UTVs and $20.00 additional charge for youth UTVs/bikes/quads for signing up at the event.


What rule book will we follow?

We will follow the BITD rule book in regards to conduct and safety. Each class will follow the BITD rule book unless specified below:

TrophyLite - TrophyLite rule book

1450 - SCORE rule book

Class 2000 - SNORE rule book

4X4 Limited & 4X4 Open - Ultra 4 rule book

UTV Open - BITD rule book for 800/900-1800-1900

UTV Limited - BITD rule book for S900 Sportsman

UTV Stock - BITD rule book for Rally Sportsman

Each class has a class representative and they will be the final say on cross breeding between classes and legal parts and vehicle issues. Safety first, everything else we will figure out everything on the fly.


Are there gate fees and who pays them?

Everyone except children under 7 pays the gate fee including drivers, riders, co-drivers and spectators. The gate fee is $10 per person per day or $25 for an event pass.


Can we camp at the race track?

Yes. We encourage that, however there are no RV hook ups.  Spaces are available on a first come first come serve basis. Bring your generators. The fee is $25 per day.


When can we move in?

The first opportunity to move in will be Thursday morning at 8 AM local time.


Are the 3 races different?

Absolutely! The first race is Saturday morning clockwise, Saturday night is the same course and Sunday morning the race course will be run backwards.


How will we start?

There will be qualifying for TrophyLite and UTV Open. There will be a site lap and a qualifying lap around 4 miles long. Every other class will determine their start order by when they sign up.


Purse

Payouts are awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places only for classes that are paid out. In the classes where there is a monetary reward, the total purse is divided between the top three finishers. 50% payback for ALL classes except UTV Limited, UTV Stock, and Youth UTV. TrophyLite pays an exceptional return awarding a $10,000 total purse if there are 10 TrophyLites.
